After a brief discussion with the client, the team works on preparing an initial rough concept design. The concept design encompasses all the pointers as envisaged by the client. A very basic drawing of the requirements is made and presented to the client. Also discussed in this phase are the level of details and parameters involved in preparing the detailed design.
The experts take up the basic model and build upon it to formulate a detailed design. All data are taken to scale with as minute requirements incorporated as possible. This is the base on which the model is built. This is again discussed with the client to finalize if the designs are ok. Minor changes as desired by the client can also be added depending on the case in hand
With a detailed design, a model is built. The model will be a miniature replica of how the final output will look like. All details would be modeled into this miniature. Not only the buildings, even the color schemes, interior designing, furniture arrangements, and room decorations, as discussed and designed in the previous step, would be done here.
The model is diligently worked upon with frequent reviews to understand the direction and the pace with which the project is moving forward. In case of any hiccups found or situations where the pace is slower than what is desired, immediately root cause analysis is done to identify the issue, and remedial actions are taken up. This is done at no or minimal extra cost to the client.
