This often leads to delays as it is a time-consuming and a largely disorganized process. It is dependent on various factors such as the number of available personnel and the size of the site itself.

At May Projects, we take a different approach. With our residential projects, we perform all civil and framework related activities at the site. Furniture and other fit-outs are first manufactured at our factory in Mumbai and after thorough pre-delivery surveys, they are dispatched for on-site installation.

This helps streamline the process and allows the project teams to give more attention to detail. If the site is located in a densely populated area or residential complex, it also ensures minimal disturbance to the other residences.
